Try the new siteWeymouth’s ever popular Octoberfest is set to make its annual return on Friday October 4th and Saturday the 5th in the Ocean Room, Weymouth Pavilion with its fine seaside views.
This extremely popular event now is now in its 13th year at the Pavilion. Organised by West Dorset Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), the beer theme this year will be ales from King Alfred’s Wessex 871AD. This will be a celebration of the original Wessex region of Britain.
Customers can expect over 60 cask ales from Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire complemented by a selection of traditional ciders and perry of varying styles.
Session times:
Friday lunchtime - 11:00 to 16:00
Friday evening - 18:30 to 23:30
Saturday lunchtime - 11:00 to 23:30
Saturday evening – 18:30 to 23:30
Tickets are on sale from 1st August, priced at £12 per session and include a commemorative glass, programme and two halves of beer or cider. (CAMRA members receive an extra pint at the membership stand).
This event was a sell out last year and customers are urged to get their tickets early to avoid disappointment from the following outlets:
